What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of purchase for U.S. orders. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept discovery kits. 

Opened, full sized products cannot be returned for hygiene and authenticity reasons.

Delivery Issues

My package was marked delivered but I didn’t receive it. What now?

Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.


Please contact the shipping carrier directly and confirm your delivery details.

Refund Timing

When will I receive my refund?

We’ll issue a refund within 1 business day of receiving your return.


Please allow time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund—we don’t control that part.
